What this site stores: the email address and password hash of each host account, the subscription status (plan and paid-until date) reported by Stripe, and the name and last check-in date of each PC that signed in as a host. That is all.
What it does not store: anything about your choir — no choir or singer names, songs, programs, recordings, sheet music or rehearsal activity. All of that lives only on the host PC, and singers' phones never contact this site.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers. Hymn files and sheet music are fetched by the host PC directly from churchofjesuschrist.org for the host's own use; this site does not host or distribute them.
